WELLS COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING
The Wells County Council on Aging (WCCOA) is located at 225 West Water Street,
Bluffton, IN. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.

The WCCOA provides transportation services, such as: the Senior Surrey/rural program;
the Bluffton Senioride/City of Bluffton residents; a wheelchair lift-equipped
van supplies transportation primarily to medical appointments in Bluffton and
other destinations within a 50-mile radius of Bluffton; a fourth van provides
transportation to dialysis treatments in Huntington, IN. Other services include:
In-Home Services such as Homemaker, Handychore, Assistance to the Homebound, Telephone
Reassurance/Friendly Visitor, Information and Referral, Insurance Counseling,
Tax Assistance, Carrier Watch, and a Senior Citizens Activity Center. The WCCOA
is a CHOICE participating agency. Case Management, the Nutrition Site and Home-Delivered
Meals are also available to Wells County residents.
