William D. ‘Bill’ Bell, 75

William D. “Bill” Bell, 75, of Ossian, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at his home.
He was born Jan. 27, 1938, in Allen County to Cleo and Julia (Robison) Bell.
He was a graduate of Lafayette Center High School. He enjoyed farming during his younger years. He worked at Southwest Allen County schools and later at Aging and In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana.
Surviving family include his wife, Nancy Lou Bell; children, Jeff (Cindy) Bell, Charles “Corky” Bell, LuAnn (David) Wolf, Beth Ann Frater; grandchildren, Bryon (Nicole) Bell, Clayton Bell, Natalie (Kreg) Propp, Landon (Ashley) Wolf, Megan Stewart, Briana Jackson, Skylar, Sierra, and Conner Miller, Kelly (Doug) Hassell; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Kammeron, and Chase Propp, Evan and Jack Hassell; sisters, Carolyn (Ted) Rohr, and Cleola Morton.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his first wife, Nancy Jo (Heller) Bell.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Ossian Church of the Nazarene, 302 N. Metts St., in Ossian with a gathering of friends and family beginning at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ossian Church of the Nazarene or Forgotten Children International-Bluffton.
