Leontien van de Laar Oostdijck, 33

Leontien van de Laar Oostdijck, 33, of Keystone, passed away at 12:02 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at her home. She had fought a long, hard battle with cancer.
Leontien was born in Veghel, the Netherlands, on Jan. 16, 1979, to Wim and Maria (Lucassen) van de Laar. Her parents survive and reside in Keystone.
Leontien was a high school graduate and earned a bachelor of science degree in agriculture economics from Stoas University in the Netherlands. She moved from the Netherlands to Keystone to start Four Leaf Clover Dairy, LLC.
She has been the owner operator of that dairy since its inception.
Leontien married Bastiaan Oostdijck Jan. 18, 2008, in Bluffton; he survives.
Other survivors include a sister, Hanneke van de Laar of St. Anthonis, the Netherlands, and a brother, Jan-Willem van de Laar of Geneva, Ind.
Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, at the Apostolic Christian Church East with ministers John Reinhard and Lynn Fiechter officiating. Calling hours are 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Thoma/Rich, Chaney and Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
