Lana Rose Singleton, 3 years old, of Bluffton, passed away at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Lana was born Nov. 2, 2010, in Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her parents Brady L. and Tiffany N. (Traynor) Singleton; a sister, Hailey P. Singleton; and by grandparents and great-grandparents.
She always looked forward to the family trips to the public library, playing with her sister, and always had her purple blankie with her everywhere she went.
She would put a smile on anyone’s face that she met and filled them with laughter and joy. She touched many people through the multiple fundraisers that were held in her honor.
Calling hours will be held next Saturday, March 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton. A service for Lana will follow calling hours and will start at 1:30 p.m. on March 8 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Six Mile Cemetery.
Memorials in Lana’s memory can be made to her parents and will be taken to Riley Children’s Hospital for the kidney dialysis summer camp as a special memorial in Lana’s memory.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
