NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
ON DECREE IN MORTGAGE
FORECLOSURE SUIT
By virtue of a ceritified copy of Decree of Foreclosure to me directed
by the Clerk of the Wells Circuit Court of Wells County, Indiana, in a
certain cause bearing Number 90C01-608-MF-39 upon the dockets of
the Court of the Wells Circuit Court of Wells County, Indiana, wherein
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff, and Dena H. Stout and National
Credit Corporation, are the Defendants, rendering a judgment against
the Defendant, Dena H. Stout, in the sum of Forty-Nine Thousand Six
Hundred Eighty-Nine and 98/100 Dollars ($49,689.98), together with
interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum from date of
judgment plus costs and accruing costs, ordering me to sell the
following described real estate and to apply the proceeds of said sale,
to the extent necessary, to the payment of said judgment, interest,
costs and accruing costs, and to account for the balance to whomsoever
is lawfully entitled, I will expose for sale at public auction to the
highest bidder on Feb. 21, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. on said date at the
Office of the Sheriff of Wells County, Indiana, in the City of
Bluffton, Indiana, the real estate, together with the rents, issues,
income and profits thereof located in Wells County, Indiana, and
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Numbered Thirty (30) as known and designated on the recorded plat
of Townley and Silver's West Addition to the town, now city, of
Bluffton, except twenty-five (25) feet, eight (8) inches of even width
off of the east side thereof.
More commonly known as: 421 West Cherry Street, Bluffton, Indiana, 46714.
Parcel Number/Tax Key: 90-08-04-530-042.000-010
Said sale will be made without any relief whatsoever from valuation and
appraisement laws, and for cash. The undersigned, Sheriff of Wells
County, Indiana, will issue to the purchaser of said real estate a
Sheriff's Deed for said real estate as by law provided under Chapter 90
of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, for 1931,
as amended. The Sheriff of Wells County, Indiana, has given notice of
sale to the owner of he property as required by I.C. 32-29-7-3.
