You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
    Complaint on Note and to Foreclosure Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 2444 South 300 West, Liberty Center IN 46766 and described as follows:
    Part of the Northeast quarter of section 16, township 26 north, range 11 east, Liberty Township, Wells County, Indiana described as follows:
    Starting at the southeast corner of said northeast quarter found per record witness: thence northerly, 219.66 feet along the east line of said Northeast quarter to a PK nail, which shall be the place of beginning: thence westerly, deflecting left 90 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds, 341.19 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake; thence northerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 33 minutes 37 seconds, 438.73 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake at the southwest corner of the 1.53 acre tract described in Deed Record 106, Page 368, thence easterly, deflecting right 89 degrees 50 minutes 32 seconds, 377.00 feet along the south line of said 1.53 acre tract, to a PK nail on the East line of said Northeast quarter; thence southerly, deflecting right 89 degrees 36 minutes 36 seconds, 436.34 feet along said east line to the place of beginning. Containing 3.41 acres.
