NOTICE
To: Frankie Coffee, Jr.
Frankie Coffee, Jr. is hereby notified that on the 3rd day of March,
2006, Scottie L. Fox and Janet S. Fox, filed in the Wells Circuit
Court, Bluffton, Wells County, Indiana, a Petition for Emergency Change
of Custody, along with supporting Affidavits showing that diligent
search has been made and that the aforesaid Frankie Coffee, Jr. cannot
be found.
Frankie Coffee, Jr. is hereby notified that the aforesaid Petition for
Emergency Change of Custody requests the Court to award legal custody
of minor child, C.H. to the aforesaid Scottie L. Fox and Janet S. Fox.
Frankie Coffee, Jr. is further notified that the aforesaid Petition for
Emergency Change of Custody will be submitted for final hearing and
determination in the Public chambers of the Wells Circuit Court on the
5th day of June, 2006, at 1:00 P.M.; that he has the right to be
present at said hearing, in person, and by counsel, and object to the
granting of any issues raised by the aforesaid Petition for Emergency
Change of Custody; and, if he fails to appear either in person or by
counsel on said date, such hearing for the aforesaid emergency change
of custody will be held in his absence and without his consent to any
new custody Orders relating to the aforesaid Child, C.H.

the authority and direction of the Wells Circuit Court, this 18th day
