NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed
to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Wells County, Indiana, in
Cause No. 90D01-0502-MF-0004, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., as Indenture
Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset Securities
Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-S1 was the
Plaintiff, and Denny W. Foss; Angela Foss; Business Revenue Systems;
and Michaelle R. Foss was/were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make
the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will
expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on April 3, 2006, at the
hour of 1:00 p.m. of said day, at 1615 West Western Avenue,
Bluffton, IN 46714, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in
Wells County, Indiana:
Part of the southwest quarter of section 29,
township 26 north, range 12 east, harrison township, wells County,
indiana, described as follows: starting at the northwest corner of said
southwest quarter found per record witness, thence easterly 516.00
feet, along the north line of said southwest quarter TO A P.K. NAIL,
WHICH SHALL BE THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing easterly
300.00 feet, along said north line to a p.k. nail; thence southerly,
deflecting right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 217.80 feet, to a
5/8" rebar stake; thence westerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds, 300.00 feet, parallel with the north line of said
southwest quarter, to a 5/8" rebar stake; thence northerly, deflecting
right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 217.80 feet, to the place of
beginning, containing 1.50 acres. subject to the right-of-way of county
road 450 south and rights-of-way and easements of record.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits
thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or
appraisement laws. This is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a
debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
