As a corporate sponsor of the 5th Annual Duck Race fund raiser for Family Centered Services, Ossian State Bank made a $1,000 donation to the event. This year's race will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Kehoe Park inBluffton. To purchase a duck for the race or to make a donation, call Family Centered Services at 824-8574. Duck sponsorships are just $5 while a Quack Sack (5 tickets and a FCS tote bag) are $20. Skipper's Deck sponsorship is available for $50 (12 tickets and a Duck Race T-shirt). All proceeds from the duck race go to support the programs of Family Centered Services, Inc.
