The first of the four men accused of causing the death of Justin Sprow last October is scheduled to enter a plea of guilty in the Wells Circuit Court tomorrow morning.
Cody A. Barkley, 19, of Decatur, has indicated that he intends to enter a plea of guilty to the count of conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. Under the terms of the plea agreement being submitted, Barkley will testify against the other three men, and will not be sentenced until all three have been tried, or entered a plea of guilty.
