Long after being dismissed from school Thursday, students came streaming back into Lancaster Central Elementary School, families in tow.
It was all part of the annual Family Literacy Night event. More than 100 parents and students came back to the school between 6 and 8 p.m. to learn a little about literacy and have fun doing it.
The theme for the evening was food-related, with every station reflecting a course: beverage, appetizer, soup and salad, entree and dessert.
