Sites in Bluffton and Markle are among six locations in northeast Indiana that the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership is marking as “Certified Site Ready.”
The locations, at the Bluffton/Decker Industrial Park and at the Markle Industrial Park, have been given the designation after an evaluation by an outside consultant. It means a company looking to begin or expand its operation can locate on the site — and that the site is ready for construction.
