A new year will bring a new face to Wells County government, with the county’s new Emergency Management Director now in place.
Terry Mohler, a native of the tiny Ohio town of Killbuck, has been a Markle resident since 2003. Earlier this week, he took over the reins of the Wells County Emergency Management office following the resignation of Sherry Johnson.
