A Bittersweet solution has been reached in Ossian.
Ossian Town Manager Luann Martin informed the members of the Ossian Stormwater Board Wednesday night that a solution to the vexing drainage problems at the east end of Bittersweet Lane in Rose Ann Heights appears to have been found — and it was within view all along.
