Bluffton Mayor Ted Ellis Tuesday announced appointments to various boards he has made. The appointments all take effect on Jan. 1.
James E. Smith Jr. has been appointed to another one-year term to the Wells County Alcoholic Beverage Board.
Susan Campbell has been appointed to another four-year term to the board of the Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department.
