A preliminary plea of not guilty was entered on behalf of Benjamin W. Thornburgh, 25, of Bluffton in the Wells Circuit Court Monday afternoon.
Thornburgh is facing seven counts of theft as a result of an investigation by officers from the Bluffton Police Department into a complaint that between July 2008 and May 2009, while employed at Radio Shack in Bluffton, he made improper use of an employee store account. The charges laid relate specifically to transactions that occurred during the period Aug. 29, 2008 to Jan. 22, 2009.
