ZANESVILLE – The town of Zanesville now has a golf cart ordinance.
Town Council members Patsy Brock, Danny Miller and John Schuhmacher passed an ordinance that is essentially identical to that previously adopted by Ossian Thursday evening.
Any golf cart driven on town streets must be registered at the town marshal’s office, it must be equipped with a properly displayed “slow moving vehicle” reflective sign, and may only be driven at night if fitted with proper lights.
