Habitat for Humanity of Wells County wants to build three houses on Bluffton’s west side. To do so, the organization will ask the city to vacate the right of way for a street that few knew was even supposed to be a street.
Cherry Street and Washington Street, two east-west streets, run parallel to each other through Bluffton until they get near the city limits on the west side. At that point, Washington Street bends south to intersect with Cherry Street.
