Police say observant neighbors helped bust a methamphetamine lab in Bluffton on Monday.
Around lunchtime, with search warrant in hand, Bluffton Police Department working side-by-side with members of the Indiana State Police Emergency Response Team, surrounded the house at 516 S. Dougherty St. and ordered the resident, Raymond L. Berry Jr., to exit the premises peacefully and surrender.
