Residents see them as eyesores. Farmers see them as burdens. But Ossian-based artist Joel Fremion knows that beyond every dilapidated, out-of-function barn in Wells County, there may just be another artistic opportunity. Or possibly two or three.
“We're kind of going against the grain of American society as in getting goods that are readily available,” Fremion said.
