Steven D. Harris was behind the wheel and was intoxicated when his car crashed on Ind. 116 west of Bluffton on Christmas Eve of 2007. His wife, Teresa, died in the crash.
Monday morning, Circuit Court Judge David Hanselman sentenced Harris to 10 years in jail, with four years suspended. He also placed Harris on four years’ probation.
