A Uniondale man was shot and killed in his car Wednesday night, marking the second Wells County homicide in two days.
According to the Wells County Sheriff’s Department, Justin Sprow, 19, of Uniondale, and a passenger, were sitting in his silver Cavalier near the intersection of 800N and 100W.
