A problem with ponding water at Jefferson Street and Bittersweet Lane in Rose Ann Heights had the Ossian Stormwater Board searching for a solution at the board’s regular meeting Wednesday night.
Board president Tim Miller was absent, but fellow board members Dennis Ramey and Rose Ann Barrick brainstormed a number of possibilities for where the water is coming from and where it could be drained.
