BZA rejects request to turn TK house into a home

The BZA turned down an application for current office space in the Ossian Industrial park to be used as a residence.

Harry T. and Lois Gerber own the property at 1725 Hillcrest Drive, in the front of the industrial park, which contains buildings constructed by TK Constructors. Up to now the buildings have been used as office space and storage, but now the Gerber’s are looking for permission to allow a “manager” to reside on site.
