A federal agent used a confidential informant wearing a recording device to investigate a Bluffton pawn shop, court records indicate.
The complaint against Timothy Bryant, owner of Parlor City Pawn, 2357 N. Main St., alleges that Bryant sold a gun to an individual whose criminal record prohibited him from owning one and then failed to keep the appropriate records.
