The Leo Lions blanked the Southern Wells Raiders 11-0 in five innings in an Allen County Athletic Conference baseball action Tuesday at Leo-Cedarville.
Cortlin Simpson was the winning pitcher, leading the Lions to 12-2 overall and 3-1 in conference games. Simpson also smashed two home runs. Kyle Miller belted another.
Jake Ripperger (3-3) started on the mound for the Raiders (5-6, 1-2) and took the loss. He gave up eight hits and walked two over 3 1/3 innings. Luke Roush finished up, allowing two hits and a walk over 2/3 innings.
Chaz Carroll had two of the Raiders four hits.
