A Medicare review of six nursing homes in Wells County shows two of them received five-star ratings, the top ranking possible.
Christian Care Retirement Community, 720 E. Dustman Road, and the Bluffton Regional Medical Center’s Care Center, 303 S. Main St., both received five-star overall ratings. Christian Care received five stars for health inspections, four stars for staffing, and four stars for quality measures. BRMC’s Care Center received five stars for health inspections, four stars for staffing, and two stars for quality measures.
