The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on:
Lot numbered forty-four (44) as shown and designated on the recorded plat of Sleepy Hollow Addition No. 2 in Wells County, Indiana, reference being had to Plat Book 3, page 229, of the Wells County, Indiana, records, now within the corporate limits of the City of Bluffton, Wells County, Indiana.
