NOTICE OF HEARING FOR WELLS COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Wells County Area Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing in Multi-Purpose Room 105 in the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington Street, in the City of Bluffton, Indiana at 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of August, 2008, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of Michael L. and Cheryl E. Gerber, 1625 Baker Dr., Ossian, Indiana for the purpose of Development Plan for the following described real estate located at NE/4 Sec. 21-28N-12E in Jefferson Township to-wit:
Tract 1:
A portion of the north half of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the north half of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 12 East, Wells County Indiana, and the east right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad; thence easterly on said south line 1200 feet; thence northerly parallel with said east line 852.71 feet to a point located 395.00 feet southerly from the southwest corner of the land described in Deed Record 122 on page 603 of the Wells County Recorder’s records as measured parallel with said east line, said point being the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence southerly parallel with said east line 345.00 feet; thence easterly parallel with the south line of said land 250.00 feet; thence northerly parallel with said east line 345.00 feet; thence westerly 250.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.98 acres.
Tract 2:
A portion of the northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the north half of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana, and the east right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Western railroad; thence easterly on said south line 1200.00 feet; thence northerly parallel with said east line 852.71 feet to a point located 395.00 feet southerly of the southwest corner of the land described in Deed Record 122, on page 603 of the Wells County Records, said point being located on the south right-of-way line of Carol Ann Lane; thence easterly parallel with the south line of said land and on said south right-of-way line 250.00 feet, to the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence continuing easterly on the last course 250.00 feet; thence southerly parallel with said east line 345.00 feet; thence westerly parallel with said south line and said south right-of-way line 250.00 feet; thence northerly parallel with said east line 345.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.98 acres.
