Notice is hereby given that the Wells County Area Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing in Multi-Purpose Room 105 in the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington Street, in the City of Bluffton, Indiana at 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of August, 2008, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of Ralph E. Biggs of Biggs, Inc., 522 S. 13th St., Decatur, Indiana for the purpose of Development Plan for the following described real estate located at NE/4 Sec. 33-27N-12E in Lancaster Township to-wit:
VILLA NORTH SUBDIVISION OUTLOT 1
Outlot 1 in Villa North Addition, as recorded January 4, 1993 in Plat Book 4,m page 42, in the Wells County, Indiana Records.
