NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Wells County, Indiana, in Cause No. 90D01-0712-MF-0022, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC was the Plaintiff, and John Ebright; Kristen Ebright; and KeyBank, N.A. were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on September 3, 2008, at the hour of 1 p.m. of said day, at 1615 West Western Avenue, Bluffton, Indiana, 46714, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Wells County, Indiana:
Lot Numbered Three (3) as known, and designated on the recorded Plat of Cedarview Addition, to the City of Bluffton, reference being had to Plat Book 3, page 204, of Wells County, Indiana Records.
Commonly known as 1112 West Market Street, Bluffton, Indiana 46714 (hereafter “Real Estate”).
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
