Indiana Physical Therapy - Vogel hopes to relocate by Oct. 1

Work has been under way since earlier this spring on the new Indiana Physical Therapy building, located on Bluffton’s north side just east of Zesto’s.
Crews were working on earth-moving site development Thursday, and the foundation has already been poured.
The new building will be 3,500 square feet, and officials hope to move in by Oct. 1, said Andy Vogel, co-owner of Indiana Physical Therapy.
Vogel cited a lack of space and a need for more functional space as the two main reasons to move from the current location at 1103 S.  Main St.
“We need a larger gym area and we need higher ceilings there,” Vogel said. “Right now when someone is working with weights, they cannot put them fully over their head without hitting the ceiling.”
Vogel started Indiana Physical Therapy in Bluffton after working for Caylor-Nickel Clinic for two years. Today, he has nine other offices along with three other partners.
His other offices are in Fort Wayne (four), New Haven, Angola, Auburn, and the business has a new women’s health clinic in Fort Wayne.
Vogel has been in his current location on the city’s south side for 20 years. Aug. 8 will be the Bluffton office’s 20th anniversary.
Vogel graduated from DePauw University and afterward received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis. He is also a certified athletic trainer.
He has been treating orthopedic and athletic injuries in outpatient clinics since 1986.
