Senior Bethany Wilson has been selected as Norwell High School’s ICE Student of the Week for the week of April 28, 2008.
Bethany’s place of employment in conjunction with the ICE Program is New Life Christian School in Bluffton where she works with children who are two, three, and four years old. She plans activities in addition to leading and caring for the children. Her supervisor is Cheryl McClure.
Bethany is the daughter of Mark and Devonna Wilson of Ossian. Following graduation, Bethany plans to attend Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion to study children’s ministry.
This spotlight award is earned by the ICE students who display outstanding attitudes, academics, attendance, work ethic, and initiative. Recipients of this award must receive rave evaluations from their workplace supervisor who grades the ICE student on 14 various criteria. Norwell’s ICE Program has 80 seniors this year. Teacher Ron Harnish coordinates Norwell’s ICE Program.
