When I click on the Demo or a day's edition, it automatically downloads the pdf to my desktop. Is that the way it's supposed to work?
No. But if that's preferable to you, it's okay. You do not have to install a pdf plug-in in order to access the e-edition. You only need the plug-in if you want to view the pdf in your browser instead of downloading it to your computer and viewing it that way. The plug-in for viewing a pdf in the browser is called Adobe Reader plug-in. It can be downloaded from adobe.com.
My browser does not show any navigational tools in the e-edition window. How can I get them to show up?
You'll need to make sure you have the Adobe Reader installed in your browser. If the toolbar still does not show up, you'll need to consult the help files for the adobe reader plug-in to enable the toolbar.
Our subscription is for a business. What exactly is our "last name" for the password?
The last name/password should be the billing zip code for your account. If you are unable to login, please submit a request via firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll get the information back to you as soon as possible.
My password doesn't work?
Please submit an inquiry to email@example.com. We'll get the information back to you as soon as possible.
I signed up for a subscription but I did not get an email with my password.
First, understand that you may have given PayPal a password but that is not the password to Log-in to our e-edition. We will email you a password once your payment is processed. Watch your JunkMail folder carefully at this time. Many email programs flag automated emails as junk mail. If you do not receive an email from us and you cannot find anything in your JunkMail folder, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
