Why am I so tired?

It is midnight as I write this column. I was still working at 2 a.m. last night, was up at 6 a.m. this morning, spent 10 hours at Disney World and then drove five hours to Valdosta, Ga., before forcing myself to stop for the night.
Now I am working.
