Water woes get Ossian council’s attention

The Ossian Town Council held a special meeting Friday morning at a slightly unusual place.
The meeting was called to discuss drainage issues in the parking lot on the north-west corner of the intersection of Metts and Mill streets, and the meeting was held on site at 7:30 a.m.
