Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 4796 W 100 N, Bluffton, IN 46714-9753 and described as follows:
Lots numbered three (3) and four (4) as known and designated on the recorded plat of the town of Rockford on record in the Office of the Wells County Recorder in Plat Book 2, page 83.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s):
