Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 827 S Oak St, Bluffton, IN 46714-3115 and described as follows:
Lots Number One Hundred Fifty-two (152) and One Hundred Fifty-three (153) as known and designated on the recorded plat of Oak Park Addition to the City of Bluffton, Wells County, Indiana, except the North 7.3 feet of Lot Number One Hundred Fifty-three (153).
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant( s):

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
