Second-half mistakes haunt Tigers in home loss

At halftime of Friday night’s game between the Bluffton Tigers and visiting South Adams Starfires, the scoreboard showed Bluffton leading 13-0.
Looks can be deceiving.
Despite having a two-touchdown lead, a sense of uncertainty filled the air in the home team’s bleachers. It felt like Bluffton should have been ahead by more, probably due to a wasted scoring chance near the end of the half.
