Progress made on Riley Street project

Work has started on the Riley Street storm sewer project, the Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety was informed Tuesday.
Greg Castilow, superintendent of the city’s wastewater treatment plant, said homeowners are being contacted and LICA Construction is waiting for some engineering changes to begin work.
