Pietz pleads guilty to aggravated battery

David Pietz entered a plea of guilty to the charge of aggravated battery in the Wells Circuit Court Friday morning.
Pietz, 45, Bluffton, had faced a charge of voluntary manslaughter following an alleged altercation between him and Scott Kidwell, 41, Bluffton, in the Hideaway Lounge
