LOT NUMBERED A-20 AS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF JOHN J. INSKEEP SUBDIVISION SECTION A, IN PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST, REFERENCE BEING HAD TO PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 2, WELLS COUNTY, INDIANA RECORDS. SUBJECT TO ALL HIGHWAYS, RIGHT-OF-WAY, EASEMENT, ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCES, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
