By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 28 North, Range 11 East, Union Township, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter found per record witness; thence easterly 314.00 feet, along the nother line of said northwest quarter to a P.K. nail, which shall be the place of beginning; thence continuing easterly 60.00 feet, along said North line to a P.K. nail; thence Southerly, deflecting right 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds, 150.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Northwest quarter; thence Westerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds, 60.00 feet parallel with the North line of said Northwest quarter to the Southwest corner of the 0.21 acre tract described in deed record 131, page 726; thence Northerly, deflecting right 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds, 150.00 feet along the West line of said deed record 131, page 726 to the place of beginning, containing 0.21 acres. Except therefrom: Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 28 North, Range 11 East, Union Township, Wells County, Indiana; described as follows: starting at the Northwest corner of Section 3, in Township 28 North, Range 11 East, in Wells County, Indiana; thence Easterly along the section line to a point marked by a boat spike driven flush in the county line road, which shall be the place of beginning; thence Easterly along the section line 60.0 feet to a point marked by a boat spike; thence right 90 degrees a distance of 150.0 feet; thence right 90 degrees a distance of 60.0 feet; thence right 90 degrees a distance of 150.0 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 021 acres.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
