By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 25 North, Range 10 East, Jackson Township, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter marked by a P.K. nail set this survey which shall be the place of beginning; thence westerly 208.71 feet on the south line of said Southeast Quarter to a P.K. nail set this survey; thence northerly, deflecting right 88 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds, 20 feet parallel to the east line of said Southeast Quarter, to a standard corner marker (5/8” x 15” reinforcing bar stake with an aluminum cap stamped Higman, 10025) set this survey; thence continuing northerly 188.71 feet on an extension of the last above described line to a standard corner marker set this survey; thence easterly, deflecting right 91 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds, 191.71 feet, parallel to the south line of said Southeast Quarter to a standard corner marker, set this survey; thence continuing easterly 17.0 feet on an extension of the last above described line to a P.K. nail, set this survey on the east line of said Southeast Quarter; thence southerly, deflecting right 88 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds, 208.71 feet on the east line of said Southeast Quarter to the place of beginning, containing in all 1.0 acre.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
