By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 26 North, Range 12 East, Harrison Township, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter found per record witness; thence Westerly 1235.14 feet along the South line of said Southwest Quarter; thence Northerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 2000.02 feet to a P.K. nail in the centerline of the Hoosier Highway, which shall be the place of beginning; thence Northeasterly deflecting right 35 degrees 11 minutes 32 seconds, 654.73 feet along the centerline of the Hoosier Highway to a P.K. nail; thence Southerly, deflecting right 145 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds, 421.82 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake; thence Southwesterly, deflecting right 34 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds, 138.58 feet parallel with the centerline of the Hoosier Highway to a 5/8” rebar stake; thence Westerly, deflecting right 54 degrees 48 minutes 19 seconds, 293.64 feet to the Place of Beginning. Containing 2.19 acres.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
