By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A Part of 51.40 acres off of the north end of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of section 3, township 27 north, range 11 east lying immediately south of the right-of-way of the Erie Railroad Company, formerly the Chicago and Atlantic Railroad Company, said real estate being more particularly described as follows: Starting as a point where the south right-of-way line of said Railroad Company intersects the east line of the east half of the northwst quarter, being the half section line, thence was along the southerly right-of way line of said railroad a distance of 148.5 feet thence south parallell to the east line of said east half of said Northwest quarter a distance of 214.5 feet to a point, thence east parallell with the south right-of-way line said railroad a distance 148.5 feet to the east line of said east half of said northeast quarter, thence north on the east line of said east half of said northwest quarter a distance of 214.5 feet to the place of beginning. SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
