By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
The following described real estate located in Wells County, Indiana: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 11 East, in Union Township, Wells County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes East (bearing assumed) on and along the South line of said Northwest Quarter and approximate centerline of County Road 950 North for a distance of 1488.70 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes West for a distance of 651.60 feet; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes East for a distance of 755.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes East for a distance of 650.50 feet to a point on the above-described South line and approximate centerline of County Road 950 North; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes West on and along said South line for a distance of 755.00 feet to the place of the beginning of this description, containing in all 11.2843 acres, more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
