By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 27 North, Range 13 East, Lancaster Township, Wells County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 27 North, Range 13 East, Welle County, Indiana; thence northerly, on the east line of the northeast quarter of said section 40.00 feet; thence westerly parallel with the south line of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 1098.08 feet; thence northerly parallel with the west line of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 420.55 feet; thence westerly parallel with said south line 236.4B feet; thence southerly on said west line 460.55 feet to said south line; thence easterly on the south line 1324.55 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 3.53 acres more or less. SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, ENCUMBRNACES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
