PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION FOUR (4), IN TOWNSHIP TWENTY-SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) EAST, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS,TO-WIT: COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF JERSEY STREET IN THE CITY OF BLUFFTON 116 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SAID WEST LINE OF JERSEY STREET WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SOUTH STREET IN SAID CITY;THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF JERSEY STREET 38 FEET;THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH STREET 109 FEET;THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH JERSEY STREET 38 FEET;THENCE EAST 109 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
