CONTAINING 5.49 ACRES. SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COUNTY ROAD 800 NORTH, THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF A LEGAL OPEN DRAIN KNOWN AS THE “URSHEL” AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
